What Does the Bible Say About Deacons?
Using a guided inductive study of biblical text, we will look at what God's Word says about deacons. Our hope is that everyone who participates will learn not just about church government or leadership, but about the love of God for the people of God. The study will begin on Sunday, Sept. 7, 8:00 a.m.-9:15 a.m. in Rooms 205/207. We will make audio recordings for those who aren’t able to attend.

What does Scripture say about Women in Leadership?
As a follow up to our spring series on Women in the Bible, Jimmy will teach an 8-week series called Women in Church Leadership. We will meet on Sundays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. beginning Sept. 7 in Rooms 205/207. Our goal will be to experience the goodness, presence, and power of Jesus as we answer questions about women's engagement in a wide range of church leadership functions.
