Leadership Nominations

lntown desires to be a church where people are Changed by grace, Known in community and Sent to restore. As God's grace changes us, we "grow to become ... mature" in Christ. This involves being part of a loving community: the "whole body ... grows and builds itself up in love." And it calls each of us to play a role in bringing gospel restoration to a broken world, "as each part does its work." We want this mission to shape every member of our lntown family, as the Holy Spirit gives each of us gifts that are vital to the life and mission of the church.

To reach this goal, we must raise up leaders who live this mission in their daily lives. God's intentional design is to bring his church to this kind of loving maturity, with every member playing their part, through the nurture and service of specific leadership roles.
