Elders & Deacons

Elders together with the senior pastor comprise what is known as Intown's Session, whose role is to lead and serve our church. Elders at Intown provide vision, leadership, and care for the church. They are elected by the congregation and ordained to this office. Bible texts that describe elders include Titus 1:5-9 and 
1 Timothy 3:1-7.

Deacons at Intown serve the church and care for our community. They are elected by the congregation and commissioned for their role. Deacons are described in 1 Timothy 3:8-13.
